Yes, Toshiba makes copiers, but they are much more than that. With the addition of Digital Signage Services they are able to offer businesses a master plan that allows them to communicate smarter. Historically we have successfully spoken to the IT and Finance departments. But as Toshiba began to broaden their reach with Digital Signage we needed to speak to the marketing departments too. And we needed to break through a clutter of sameness of the other hardware companies. So we focused on showcasing solutions instead of just selling copiers and signs. We developed a dynamic website that delivered our ‘Managed by Masters’ direction. We used engaging storytelling, rather than throw up a typical spec-heavy hardware site, to deliver this new message to our new audience.
